# Fees & Rebates

Orbit features a Utility Reward System designed to reduce trading costs and reward active users in connection with their trading activity.

#### 🔁 Base Trading Fee — 1%

Every swap on Orbit carries a simple, transparent 1% trading fee. This helps fuel platform development and user incentives.

#### 💰 **Rebate Rewards**

Orbit users are eligible to receive utility-token cashback up to **5%** on trading fees. Rewards distributed in $ORBIT. The method, amount, and timing of distribution are subject to change at the team’s discretion and may be modified, delayed, capped, or discontinued at any time.

#### 🧠 Why It Matters

This system incentivizes participation, not speculation — rewarding users for contributing volume and helping grow the ecosystem. It's a native utility model, not a financial promise.
